PG Electroplast
The Government of Singapore bought shares worth Rs 288 crore in PG Electroplast on Tuesday via block deal.

LIC
Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) reported a 38% year-on-year growth in its Q4FY25 consolidated net profit at Rs 19,039 crore versus Rs 13,782 crore in the year ago period.

Olectra Greentech
Olectra Greentech said it has not received any official cancellation order for its electric bus contract in Maharashtra, countering earlier media reports that the Rs 10,000 crore deal had been scrapped over procedural lapses.

ITC
BAT will sell upto 2.3% stake worth Rs 11,613 crore in ITC. The base price has been fixed at Rs 400 per share, which is at an 8% discount to CMP.

NMDC
NMDC reported a net profit at Rs 1,483 crore in the fourth quarter. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,005 crore in the same period.
