Neighbours told TMZ that Joss and Ceja had a long-standing feud. According to them, Joss often behaved erratically, sometimes launching into loud rants without warning. They added that police had responded to multiple calls involving the actor prior to the house catching fire.

His weird things also included banging pans from his rooftop in the middle of the night, neighbors said. The fire took place when Joss used a BBQ pit to heat it and overall the place was deemed unsafe.

According to Joss’ neighbours, his rants were not uncommon. They claimed the police had been called on the actor several times before his house went up in flames earlier this year.
