Jeff Bezos wedding with Lauren Sanchez: Venue, date, time, guest list, décor, cost, and all details
Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez are going all out for their wedding, and Venice is the setting. From yacht parties to handblown Murano glass, the multi-day event is shaping up to be one of the most lavish weddings in recent memory. However, not everyone in Venice is excited about the spotlight.

Top Venetian designers, pastry chefs, and event planners have joined forces for the high-profile event, which is expected to garner global attention.

Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sánchez, are scheduled to tie the knot in a lavish, multi-day ceremony in Venice, Italy, from June 24 to 26, after becoming engaged in May 2023, as per a report by Elle Decor.

A star-studded guest list, megayachts, gondolas, and enough paparazzi to rival the Venice Film Festival are all to be expected. Despite Venice's endless photogenic potential, even the wealthiest people may find it difficult to get the best views of the city, particularly when the locals aren't exactly giving out freebies.

Where exactly is the wedding happening?

Although the precise location is still unknown, the wedding will take place in Venice, Italy. According to Luca Zuin, a representative for the mayor of Venice, the ceremony will take place on board Bezos's $500 million superyacht Koru, which will be anchored in the lagoon in Venice, as reported by CNN.

The vessel's view may be affected by restrictions on big ships approaching Venice's historic St. Mark's square too closely, even though it might seem like a lovely wedding venue. Bezos' yacht is too big to be permitted anywhere close to the Grand Canal, the most picturesque waterway in the Italian city, as it weighs 3,493 gross tons, well below the 25,000 gross ton limit for ships entering the Venice lagoon.

However, there remains uncertainty regarding the location. The ceremony may be held at a restored outdoor theater on a Venetian island, according to other reports.

Which luxury vendors are part of the event?

According to Fast Company, two Venetian businesses will participate in the festivities. Laguna B, a design studio renowned for its handblown Murano glass, will provide decorations. Also participating will be Rosa Salva, the oldest pastry shop in the city and a landmark since 1876 for its donut-shaped fishermen's biscuits.

They will be creating a variety of delicious treats for goody bags, such as the bussola buttery biscuit and tiny zaletti cookies, which are made from cornmeal from the Veneto region and flavored with lemon zest and raisins, as per a report.

Who is going to be in charge of the wedding décor?

The London-based event company Lanza & Baucina is planning the party décor for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's impending wedding in Venice, according to The Times. Especially in Venice, the company has experience planning prestigious events.
