Israel has confirmed a preemptive strike on nuclear sites in Iran. This happened hours after Donald Trump acknowledged such a possibility. Iranian media reported explosions in Tehran. Tensions are high before US-Iran talks this weekend. The talks aim to halt Iran's atomic bomb material production. Israel has declared a state of emergency. They anticipate a retaliatory strike from Tehran.

Israel on Friday confirmed that it has launched a 'preemptive' strike on nuclear cites in Iran, hours after Trump acknowledged the very possibility of it by Tel Aviv.

Iranian media also reported that explosions were heard in Tehran as tensions mounted over US' scheduled talks this weekend to win Iran's agreement to halt production of material for an atomic bomb.

A state of emergency has been declared by Israel, anticipating a retaliatory missile and drone strike by Tehran.
